Winning is in the becoming.

Most successful people say to achieve GREATNESS, we need CLARITY, CONFIDENCE, COMMITMENT, PASSION, PERSEVERANCE, FOCUS, and RESILIENCE.

And I agree these things are required to achieve our BEST SELF.

But there's an ingredient to becoming GREAT that's not as readily discussed.

And that's the willingness to EVOLVE and DEVELOP.

Nowadays, people want success NOW. Greatness NOW. Fame NOW.

Little do they know that true SUCCESS and GREATNESS is a PROCESS.

The legendary Jim Rohn says, "Work harder on yourself than you do your job."

He understood and taught the path to a better life is through becoming a better person. This means we need to put in the work to BECOME, EVOLVE, DEVELOP into our SUCCESS and GREATNESS.

We tend to look at people who have any level of success and think they're one of the "lucky ones."

No, they just put in the effort with CLARITY, CONFIDENCE, COMMITMENT, PASSION, PERSEVERANCE, FOCUS, and RESILIENCE. And then gave themselves time to EVOLVE into their wins with tons of trial and errors along the way.

GROWTH is the key that unlocks our GREATNESS. Without it, we end up being mediocre.
