What You Need First.

While telling the truth through dance was a key element to my success, I look back and see how it has helped me in life.

I was always genuine, honest, and expressive in my dance career. It was the way I could communicate and connect with others. And I was always trying to figure out what the industry wanted from me and at the same time honor my truth.

I'm so grateful I had a ton of practice before 2020 hit.

This is one of the challenges most people have faced. Feeling the pressure to either conform or give in when they feel it's not right for them deep down.

It breaks my heart to know so many people did NOT honor their truth.

I wish there were something I could do. And at the same time, I know All IS Well.

So what's the takeaway?

Do your best to discover your truth and be willing to honor what YOU need first. Everyone else will be just fine. They are not you and don't know or see what you know and see.
