Pause.

Not sure who needs to read this today:

It's okay to pause. It's okay to listen to your body despite what others expect of you. And despite what you expect of you. 

If you're feeling overwhelmed and running on empty, then take a moment to recharge.

Recharging can look like many different ways depending on what you need. 

There is a way to keep moving forward AND looking after yourself in the process.

Running on empty is a choice. Don't be a martyr. The only one who's going to honestly care about your accomplishments is YOU.
