We invite you to join us for a mini adventure of peace, freedom, and healing!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

~ Every You Belong In the Wild experience will be completely different, with each month's Theme and Element shifting the intention. No two events will be the same.

~ Sometimes, the hikes will be more arduous than others. Sometimes, we will do yoga, meditation, journaling, breathwork, grounding, or dancing. And no matter what you're guided to participate in, you will get to experience the feeling of freedom in your body with Mother Nature pouring into your Soul.

~ Make sure to wear shoes and clothes you don't mind getting dirty.

~ Please bring a yoga mat, water, a journal, and something to write with.

(And as much as we LOVE OUR KIDS & PETS, please make this time just about YOU.)
