Waiver

Waiver: By participating in "You Belong in the Wild" events hosted by MOVE ON PURPOSE LLC., attendees (YOU) acknowledge and accept any risks associated with outdoor activities. MOVE ON PURPOSE LLC., Teresa Espinosa, and Jennifer Kita are not liable for any injuries, damages, or loss incurred during the event. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being. Additionally, attendees understand and agree that MOVE ON PURPOSE LLC., Teresa Espinosa, and Jennifer Kita are not responsible for any exposure to COVID-19 or any other communicable diseases. Participants voluntarily assume all risks related to such exposure and release MOVE ON PURPOSE LLC., Teresa Espinosa, and Jennifer Kita from any liability. By participating, attendees (YOU) consent to be filmed or photographed during the event and agree that their likeness may be used for future promotional purposes without compensation.
