Touch. Burst. Expand.

Do you know what's scarier than the Unknown?

Answer: Saying YES to yourself and your Purpose.

Today is marked the day I said YES to a dream I have resisted for over a decade.

There are so many emotions, questions, and doubts coming up. And yet I, All Ready, know it will be a life-changing experience.

In the face of the resounding YES, we say to ourselves, enter a new layer of courage to help guide us through all of the uncertainty. Even as I write this post, I feel a shift in who I am because I finally lined up with my Dreams.

Now I know I have a ways to go to actualize this life-long vision, yet the most crucial step was getting to "I DO."

Isn't it funny how we learn the importance of saying "I do" to our life partners and never really get advised on how to say "I do" to ourselves?

Unfortunately, we have been conditioned to play small so that we can be accepted by our peers. Don't do anything your friends aren't willing to do, or you might become an outcast.

Each of us has GREATNESS that is vying to be expressed, and the only thing holding us back is our fear.

The more I go down this road of touching my limiting beliefs, the more I know I'm meant to go beyond them. And the more I surpass my comfort zone bubble, the more my life expands, and a new unconscious limiting belief shows up to start the cycle once again. Touch. Burst. Expand. Touch. Burst. Expand...

This is the process of all of our lives if we will allow this type of growth.

For some, it is too uncomfortable because there is some unresolved pain that needs healing. And that is its own version of a comfort zone bubble. The pain has become so consistent that some people don't know what life is like without the pain. It has become so normal that the idea of not having emotional, mental, or physical pain is an unknown and scary thought.

Yet Life is about expansion no matter where we are in life. So basically, without evolution, we are dead.

So you and I have a choice. Say YES to your Purpose, Dreams, Mission, and Vision, or stay "safe and comfortable" and live a mundane and ordinary life.

To be honest, there's nothing wrong with wanting to feel safe and comfortable. I'm not knocking it. Some people really do want to live that life.

Yet I have a feeling there's more to you than ordinary. I believe YOU have something EXTRAORDINARY to express and experience in THIS lifetime.
