Tech Boundaries Needed.

I realized that I've been spending WAYYYYY too much time on Instagram. Reading all of the memes and listening to the chatter of the day.

On one end, it's been helpful to see that I'm not alone, and on the other, it can completely zap the life out of me.

So here are a few things that have been helping.

  1. I put my phone or computer away and go outside and touch the ground. I know I recently discussed this in a previous blog post, but it's so healing and effective that it's worth reiterating. I stand there and allow Mother Earth to absorb the negative, or I lay down and simply relax and breathe Her in. There is no better miracle cure.
  2. I take walks with my fur babies every day. Usually, I put my headphones on and listen to something inspirational like Abraham-Hicks or Neville Goddard. But lately, I've been practicing staying present without needing technology to "fill" the time. Even if the information is uplifting, not relying on tech to do it for me is a nice Re-Minder. I have the Power within.
  3. When I wake up, I do not look at my phone for at least the first 30 minutes to an hour or longer if I can help it! I've been so consumed that I need to put stronger boundaries with tech.

With all of the emotions and chaos out in the world, we still have a CHOICE on what to LET IN.

Today's Re-Minder is to become aware of your tech boundaries and put them into place so you can stay mentally and emotionally healthy.

We got this!

With lots of LOVE,
Teresa
