Switch It Up

Boy, we sure do use our words against us. We've gotten so used to telling it like it is that we've forgotten our innate power to CREATE OUR REALITY.

We talk about what IS instead of retraining our words to support our DREAMS. We have the ability to speak our lives into a new reality. It's so simple, yet we're too well practiced in the art of old news. The minute we have experienced something, it is already the past. It's done. Over. And yet we continue to talk about the old moment as if it's still real. Hence we re-create more of the old because God/ Life/ Universe only ever says "YES."

Here we are talking about the things we don't want instead of talking about how excited we are that life keeps getting easier and easier and better and better.

Part of our culture is to fit in. So if we look like our lives are easy, we better keep it to ourselves, so we don't make others uncomfortable. We don't want others to know we're not struggling like everyone else. And then, we play the gossip game and use our words, creative minds, and energy to tear down others as well. Trust me, I am just as guilty as everyone else. I'm still a work in progress.

But we have an excellent opportunity to switch it up.

From now on, let's start using our words to support ourselves and others. Let's build and love ourselves with kindness and grace as our internal dialogue. Let's speak Life into our Dreams, Missions, and Callings. Finally, let's take notice of what we're complaining about. Is it a friend's choices, our worries about money, or aches and pains?

The more we practice becoming aware of our word choices, the more we get to shift them into our power.

Once we do that, we can consciously transform our lives for the easier and easier, and better and better.
