Pivoting!

With all of the shifts happening in the world, we can easily get sucked into drama and trauma. (Myself included!) And boy does it zap the life out of you! 

And now it's more important than ever to find ways to lift up our spirits.

Yeeessssssss!

Our job is to find ways to simply FEEL GOOD. I know dance and music are magical tools in our toolbelt, but sometimes we need other options to carry us through.

Maybe it's a morning ritual, affirmations, inspiring videos, journaling, working out, whatever it is, we could stand to have a list of some go-to options available.

We have all had a lot of practice allowing our ego-mind rule our emotions by reacting to external circumstances. And having these ideas ready to go will help us in the long run.

Of course, this takes practice and requires us to take responsibility for the mental train wreck happening inside our minds.

Abraham-Hicks calls it "Pivoting." 

Whenever we find ourselves in the middle of an imaginary debate with someone, we have the ability to stop it right in its tracks. From there, we can shift our mental focus onto something completely different and hopefully better.

And that's the point. To consciously "choose a better feeling thought," as Abraham-Hicks likes to say.

Let's get ourselves out of the muck and become our own personal savior. 

The truth is it will take some effort, but the effort is worth more than GOLD.

So get our lists ready and start trying it out. Trust me. There will be plenty of opportunities to practice!
