Not sure what's going on energetically out in the world, but I have been feeling some low energy vibes.

Today I took a 3 hour nap. That NEVER happens. I'm mean, I'm sure it has happened in the past, but I can't remember that last time I've been completely wiped out like that.

All of this to say the most important thing we can do is LISTEN to our bodies. It's beneficial to understand when it's okay to push through sluggish moments and when to sit our a$$es down and REST.

I know we have been taught to push through, and for some, that works for them. But for others like me, I've learned to trust and honor my body in every way I can.

There's no shame in putting things on pause on occasion. And at the same time, recognizing when we're NOT challenging ourselves to be and do more is equally as important.

Obviously, there's no right or wrong way to move through life, but there are ways to best support our grand endeavors. And sometimes that support looks like REST.

On the other hand, if you're feeling energized and excited, keep going with that momentum! The world needs that more than ever!

Here's to truly LISTENING to what's best for ourselves and honoring our vessel.
