Terms & Conditions for LIBERATION: The Transformational Dance Retreat

By registering your name and email, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You agree to receive updates from Move On Purpose LLC related to this retreat, as well as our weekly newsletter and information about future offerings. You may unsubscribe at any time, but unsubscribing could limit our ability to send you essential retreat updates.
If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/text messages strictly for retreat communications, including reminders, travel logistics, and any last-minute updates.

Your information will be kept confidential. Move On Purpose LLC will never sell, rent, or misuse your personal data. We honor your trust and your inbox.

This retreat involves physical activity including dance, movement, embodiment practices, and outdoor excursions. By signing up, you affirm that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing, and that you will consult a physician if you have any concerns prior to participation.
By attending, you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with these activities. Move On Purpose LLC, Teresa Espinosa, and Jennifer Kita are not liable for any injuries, damages, illnesses, or losses that may occur during or as a result of your participation. Participants are responsible for their own safety and wellbeing.
You understand and agree that Move On Purpose LLC, Teresa Espinosa, and Jennifer Kita are not responsible for exposure to COVID-19 or any other communicable diseases. You voluntarily assume all risks related to such exposure and release Move On Purpose LLC, Teresa Espinosa, and Jennifer Kita from any liability.

Deposits are non-refundable and secure your space at the retreat.
Payment plans are binding commitments; you agree to complete all scheduled payments prior to December 2, 2025.
Refunds (beyond the deposit) may be considered only in extraordinary circumstances and are at the sole discretion of Move On Purpose LLC.

Attendees are responsible for booking their own travel to and from Tulum, Mexico. Retreat activities are December 2–7, 2025. Any personal travel experiences should be scheduled before or after these dates.
Move On Purpose LLC is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, natural events, government restrictions, etc.).

This retreat is a transformational dance and embodiment experience, not a dance technique training or certification program. It is designed for personal growth, healing, and creative liberation.
Results vary. While many participants experience powerful breakthroughs, Move On Purpose LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes.

By participating in the retreat, you understand that photos and videos may be captured during group activities, sessions, or performances.
You consent to be filmed or photographed during the event and agree that your likeness may be used by Move On Purpose LLC, Teresa Espinosa, and Jennifer Kita for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, both online and offline, without compensation.
If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, it is your responsibility to notify the organizers in writing before the retreat begins.
