People tend to think you're either born with it or not. And that it just comes naturally to some and not others.

But this isn't true!

FREESTYLE IS A SKILL! And like any skill, it can be learned. All it takes is PRACTICE!

Believe it or not, I've been teaching people how to FREESTYLE since I started professionally dancing.

That means I have over 25 years of experience in what helps and doesn't help dancers improve their FREESTYLE skills.

I have different FREESTYLE practices that release the mental and emotional judgments that stop you from discovering YOUR style.

Also, the dance environment I am creating for you will feel safe enough for you to explore and try things out without being judged or ridiculed by others.

I totally get it! I still get scared to freestyle too! And I've been doing it FOREVER!

This is why I created this program.

Too many dance artists have so much to give but are holding themselves back from doing the scary things.

BUT, the only way to experience a new level of confidence, certainty, and clarity is to MOVE THROUGH THE FEAR.

What you want is on the other side.

My job is to help you feel safe and guide you step by step so you can let go of the anxiety and easily and effortlessly tap into your gifts & talents.

There's a reason why learning choreography isn't enough anymore. Adding FREESTYLE into your skillsets allows you to become super comfortable in your own skin. This one shift builds the confidence to be your fullest self no matter what room you're in.

I can see where you might be thinking, "Here we go. Another OG trying to promise things they can't deliver."

Ultimately the results you get out of this program are all up to YOU.

My job as your guide is to help facilitate your progress in the direction YOU want to go in. And each person that joins the group will have different results.

And that is the point of the type of mentorship and coaching I do.
