Almost two years ago, I was terrified to walk back into a dance class.

After years of healing.

And honestly, years of hiding.

The win wasn't some big comeback.

Hi! I'm Teresa Espinosa!

For over 25 years, I've been a professional dancer, choreographer, and director, working alongside some of the most iconic artists of our time, including Janet Jackson, Britney Spears, P!nk, Mariah Carey, and Miley Cyrus. I'm an Emmy-nominated choreographer, and I served as Co-Creator, Choreographer, and Associate Director of Magic Mike Live.

But I'm not teaching you this from a place I've never actually been. I'm on my own real, current EPIC Return to Dance journey right now. I know exactly where you're standing, because I'm standing there too.

I teach real dance skills, choreography, musicality, retention, the technical foundation you'll actually use. And also, together, I help you rewrite the story your first dance experience gave you, the beliefs about who you are and what's possible for you, so this time is genuinely different.
