Turn THOUGHTS into Things.

Have you ever wondered where your phone came from and who made all the apps on it?

There's this incredible documentary called General Magic. It's about the sub-company of Apple back in the early 90s, where they create the first versions of almost everything we use on all smartphones now. It's incredible to see the idea of what an app would do, the invention of emojis, and the creation of email all before the world wide web was even created.

The reason I'm talking about this life-changing documentary is that you and I can create NEXT-LEVEL ideas too!

But the reason we might not be working on those types of inventions is that we don't even BELIEVE it's possible for us. So we don't even try. We just keep trying to survive the day and pay our bills.

Listen, you and I are meant for so much MORE! The truth is, we can tap into the SAME GENIUS that the people at General Magic did. The only difference between them and us is spending the time, energy, and focus that is required to TURN THOUGHTS INTO THINGS.

Literally, that's the only difference.

So today I'm going to give us a homework assignment.

• Get a notebook and start jotting down new ideas. You can take one idea and spend time elaborating on it or write down 10 different ideas.
• At the end of the week, go over your ideas and see if there's anything that stands out as something that would be fun to create.
• From there, get your planner and start spending time on that idea. Either write out more details or start putting the pieces together. And if you need help, get the necessary people involved to help you turn it into a reality.

Yes, we can stand to spend more time DREAMING and at the same time spend more time putting our feet to the fire, and go!

Our real purpose in life is to CREATE and turn THOUGHTS into THINGS.
