The view from your Mind.

The Universe is All Ways showering us with blessings on blessing on blessings. And It is so FULL of surprise and delight if we're paying attention.
When we take our attention away from our troubles and focus on the blissful Present Moment, we begin to "see" All of the Good.
It's so interesting how the Magic of Life works. The MORE we step into the NOW and feel All of the Good, the MORE we create MORE GOOD to feel good about.
If at the moment you're having a difficult time in any area of your life, here are a few suggestions to TURN IT AROUND.
- Do EVERYTHING you can NOT to think, worry, and stress out about your problems. At first, this will take a lot of effort to NOT think about the struggles, but it's possible. Practice catching the downward spiral of your mind that keeps you trapped in survival mode. This will look like purposefully think about something, ANYTHING fun, happy, loving, beautiful, ANYTHING other than the negative situation. This costs nothing other than awareness.
- Start feeding your mind with inspirational thought leaders, like buying a new book, listening to a podcast, or going on YouTube. This new information gives your negative mind a rest by replacing it with positive, empowering, and uplifting messaging. This costs nothing since there's a TON of free advice out in the world.
- Begin practicing GRATITUDE for what you DO have instead of only noticing what you don't. Don't be fooled—this one tip is mighty. If you changed nothing else but this one point, your life WILL drastically change for the better.
The train of our life is constantly moving forward, but you get to choose if you like what you see or not. The scene that's passing by is a reflection of what's going on inside your mind.
This means if you don't like landscape, change it by noticing all the beautiful things that ARE there.
Trust, they are there.
