What does it mean to feel alive?

Some words that pop to mind are: excitement, energized, happy, thrilled, thriving, in love, buzzing, strong, confident, free, whole, complete, perfect, knowing, clear, easy, fun, present, taking it all in, invincible, connected, worthy, and feeling like anything is possible.

As I sit here writing this post, I can feel the energy field radiating from the inside out. There's nothing I need to do or try to be. I just am. I am here with you, connected and excited to share my ah-ha moments that are in rapid-fire lately.

I know, like I know, this is the feeling we're all after. We just don't have the words for it.

Unfortunately, we've had a ton of practice feeling bad to the point that it has become our norm. It's like we've lived most of our lives in a self-made sauna, and we regulate our temperature to the environment. We have no idea how painfully hot it really is because it's what we're used to.

It's as if we're accustomed to being sick, exhausted, with no energy, little money, lack of motivation, full of doubt and uncertainty, full of pain and struggle, don't feel safe, lost, and stuck. But life doesn't have to be this way.

The door to our fulfilling lives is right there. Yet the current energy field is so well practiced the door can be challenging to find. And you're probably wondering, "Well then, how do I get out?"

It's by elevating your internal temperature that allows you to "see" the door. It starts with entertaining thoughts like:

Life can be better. 

Life is supposed to feel good.

Life is wonderful.

Life is lovely.

Life is fun.

Life is easy.

Life is miraculous.

And one of my favorites: Life is All Ways working out for my Highest Benefit.

Tune into the elevated temperature of abundance, joy, laughter, goodness, and gratitude on a daily basis. Then one day you'll look back and see that the knob was turned, and you're finally walking in the fresh, vibrant, and electrifying Universe. You're ALIVE.
