Show me the Way.

As my life has slowed down with things to do, I've been playing with the question, "What do I want?"

The days are spent loosely and easily—no rush for anything major. I'm just walking through life doing a little bit of this and some of that.

I fluctuate from pouring my attention into Instagram to laying in the sun with my dogs. We go on daily walks through my peaceful neighborhood, and one of my biggest struggles is what I am going to eat for dinner.

I don't worry about money. I don't worry about getting a gig. I don't worry about anything, really.

My life is absolutely incredible. Not to say I haven't had some painful losses, but overall my life is easy. And I love it.

This transitional phase is wonderful—no external or internal pressure to perform and make something happen. And best of all, there's nothing to prove—what a relief.

I love it all.

And now that leads me back to the question, "What do I want?"

With my whole life shifting into ease and peace, my past desires just don't fit anymore.

One day I'll imagine my love and I owning some farmland with rescued animals, and the next, I see us in a multi-million dollar home in LA with a view of the sunset. I see myself writing a book in a cabin with no internet or cell phone service. I see a cross-country road trip with my love in a converted school bus living that van life. I see the Maldives or Greece in my future. I see a version of myself on stage again, but this time as a public speaker. I see myself on a book tour. And I see myself doing absolutely nothing while laying in the sun with my dogs.

As you can see, all of this is a range of experiences.

So this is where I let go and let God.

Your Will is my will. I surrender. Please show me the Way.
