Aug 13, 2021Are you practicing "Verbal Harmlessness"?
I'm rereading The Abundance Book by John Randolph Price. One of the BEST books on tuning into God's Abundance and Prosperity.
In it, he talks about expressing our energy in 6 ways. And Verbal Harmlessness is one of them.
As I reread this section, I realize I am not as aligned with this practice as I'd like to admit.
He says, "The Wisdom Teachings also tell us that criticism, verbal abuse, selfish speech, and words of hate darken the soul, poison all life, bring retribution, and remove us from the Way of Wholeness."
I've been oscillating between my personality wanting to be "right" and my Spirit leading me to Wholeness. Please tell me I'm not the only one!
Even if I am, I can recognize where I need to do better and then DO BETTER.
Being human is an amazing quest.
As Abraham-Hicks likes to say, "You can't get it wrong, and you will never get it done."
Whew! Thank you for that bit of Grace!
Time to shift focus on Wholeness instead of being "right."
