My Motto for 2022: Raise Your Frequency ✨✨✨

The past two years have been an incredible gift. They have brought the gifts of Clarity, Self Reliance, Freedom, New Beginnings, Curiosity, Empowerment, Honoring thy Self, and FAITH.

Also, the past two years have been challenging and painful. My whole adult life has been completely turned upside down. And that is the beauty of finding the silver lining, the blessing, and the gift of difficult times. The ability to turn lemons into delicious lemonade is a skill, and over the past 25 years of my career has allowed me to get great at it.

Moving forward into 2022, I get to use this as the Foundation for what's to come. This solid and stable base gives me the confidence and courage to express my God-given right to Truth, Equality, and Freedom.

Now it's so clear that everything we see in the world is created either out of fear or LOVE. And each of us gets to CHOOSE in every moment which one we're going to express.

So this year, I vow to practice Raising my Frequency to Love or Above. 💜💜💜

This motto means less fear in reacting, less playing small, and less judgment. And showing up with MORE Truth, Compassion, and Courage.
