Teresa is a professional dancer, choreographer, teacher, and director for over 25 years in the dance and entertainment industry. She has worked with THE top artists of our times, such as Janet Jackson, Britney Spears, Prince, Usher, Justin Beiber, P!nk, Miley Cyrus, and more. Teresa is an Emmy nominee for her choreographic contributions to Janet Jackson's HBO Special: The Velvet Rope in Madison Square Garden. In addition, she has appeared in numerous tv shows, music videos, and films and is an Associate Director/ Choreographer of Magic Mike Las Vegas, London, and US Tour. She is also a Certified High Performance Coach trained by the High Performance Institute and is a writer for her daily blog entitled #plantingseeds.
