You may or may not know me, and I think it's time to reintroduce myself and reconnect with you.

My name is Teresa Espinosa. I'm a 25+year veteran of the dance and entertainment industry. I've had the pleasure of dancing with some of the most iconic artists of our time, such as Prince, Janet Jackson, and Britney Spears. It was an incredible journey filled with crazy highs and really sh!tty lows.

Along the way, I learned some powerful lessons that I believe can help you get free from the constant struggle to survive, feeling anxious, and fear of failure plaguing people around the world. So, now that I'm moving in a new direction with my life, my mission is to help you experience a life full of creativity, love, fulfillment, peace, and success.

My commitment to you started over a year ago when I decided to write a daily blog. It originally was to prove to myself that I could follow through on an idea. Yet, at the same time, I had a layered intention to be of service through writing, whether that's showcasing the power of vulnerability, sharing compelling insights, drowning in my own personal struggles, challenging the status quo, and teaching you how to create the life you desire. Which dance taught me the foundations for living a free, successful, honest, spiritual, and empowered life.

The blog was initially called "Blog It Out with LOVE," but today, as I was writing this to you, I tapped into its true essence. And after more than a year of writing, it is clear that my intention is to plant seeds of truth, wisdom, and inspiration to help you and me stay on track. Hence, the new name as of today is "#plantingseeds."

You can expect me to be here for you on a daily basis. All you have to do is check out the blog and know you don't have to go through life alone. It is my honor to be a beacon of light for you when you need a lift.
