OWN IT ALL.

The more we go down the rabbit hole of Self-Development, we start to uncover the root of all of our issues: US.

It's not one else's fault. And to think otherwise is the most powerless and victimized mentality.

I know that might be a hard pill to swallow since "bad" things in varying degrees happen to us and others. But I'm not here to tell you what you want to hear. My purpose is to get to the core Truth and share that even when it's not popular or easy. Especially when it's not easy. Otherwise, what's the point of these posts?

I'm here as your friend to help challenge you AND me. I don't know everything about everything, but I know how to get to the next DEEPER LAYER. And it's abundantly clear I'm meant to share what I uncover in hopes to help you see yourself and life in new ways.

See, WE are the Co-Creators of our reality. And all of the "good & bad" is a REFLECTION of our inner self. People won't tell you this because it's easier to play "blame & shame" when telling the story of, "They did this to me." Or when something wonderful happens, we have no idea that WE were responsible for that too. No wonder why our Dreams seem unattainable. Because without responsibility, we have a difficult time replicating all of the "good stuff."

Moral of the story: OWN IT ALL.

I'm not saying it's easy to do because our ego will do ANYTHING to blame someone else. 

I'm guessing you might be thinking, "But Teresa, they DID do this terrible thing to me. Or this terrible thing happened to me. How am I responsible for it?"

You have 2 choices:

1. Want to REALLY know the answer??
2. Or do you want to stay powerless??

If you answered YES to question #1, get ready for a bit of a ride. If you answered YES to question #2, that's a totally valid response too. I get it. This Self-Development journey gets super sticky.

With that being said, you will have to check-in for the answer to question #1 TOMORROW!
