Onto Paper.

It's one of those days again when deciding to write was already made before I got here. I'm in the middle of watching a movie, and all I need to do is hit the 'pause' button. And like an unconscious computer, my hand picks up the remote and hits it.

I quickly walk over to the office, turn on the computer, and start typing. And now we're here. You and I are here together because I decided to show up for you and me. Well, if I'm honest, more for me than you, but here we are.

I write to get ideas out of my head and onto "paper." I write to hopefully inspire. I write to have a positive impact. I write to get better at writing. I'm writing because I have to. I write because I can not not write.

The truth is there is no goal or end result I'm aiming for here. I show up and let it out. Whoever ends up reading this, I know that was not a coincidence. And if you got this far into this post, wow. What an accomplishment on both our parts.

The thing is, you and I will never know how we can influence and impact others when we decide to share a part of ourselves. Think about it. You and I have the power to positively change the world one person at a time. But we can't do that if we never show up.

Let that sink in.
