My Money Secret

Money. Money. Money. Are you living to make money? Or are you living worry-free about where your money comes from? Or do you fluctuate between the two?

Not sure if you need to hear this message today? And I have to add that I am not a financial advisor. So take what resonates and leave the rest.

Somewhere along my dance journey, I figured out a financial secret.

It was around 2015/ 2016, and I was in a financial dip. I had no gigs lined up and had no idea where my next paycheck was coming from.

Yet something was different this time. I realized I had been here before, many times. And this sense of knowing things will work out washed over me. For the first time as an independent contractor, I decided I would no longer worry about money and where it came from.

I told myself a new story. I said, "I don't know where my next gig is, but I know it's coming."

Instead of feeling uneasy, I knew the money would come. I also started seeing checks coming to my mailbox all of the time. I even have this visual of tons of money pouring into my house. It's flying around into my life experience through the windows and doors and as if I'm in a money wind tunnel. My arms are wide open. I feel happy, free, and grateful for how swiftly the millions of dollars flow to me. All of it easily pouring in and without feeling like I have to "do" something to be worthy of it.

And wouldn't you know it, money comes to me easily and effortlessly. Checks come in, and now direct deposits happen every week.

To be fully transparent, I did the "work" to receive the flow of money I now get to enjoy. But I want to press upon you that I did the inner work first. I used my imagination and added the feeling of freedom, fun, and gratitude to the visual before the opportunity of weekly direct deposits happened.

I share this with you because I know how many hangups we can have regarding money. I hope this visual speaks to you, and you can feel the joy I feel every time I see money flowing to me in my mind's eye.

It works for me, and I know it will work for you too. The trick is to feel AS IF the money is ALREADY YOURS. You don't have to explain why you need or want it. You don't have to become worthy. You don't have to do anything FOR it. Just imagine the money flowing in and FEELING happy and grateful. And that's it.

Yes, it's that easy. I dare you to try it.
