We are so used to speaking limitations into our lives we have forgotten how to speak LIFE.

It's as if we're champions of arguing for our limitations. And we let each other play small, stay sick, be broke, and live in hardship.

I mean, we have Instagram to pretend to support each other, but that's not real. That's for others to see. I'm not saying people aren't genuine on there. We know the deal. It's all highlight reel, so it's easy to champion others.

Yet in real life, who's championing who when we struggle, feel low, and get lost?

The best thing we can do to change things is to become our OWN best cheerleaders. We can learn to shift our thinking and self-talk into more positive and loving ways.

And simple solution is to stop using words like:

  • I'm sick.
  • I'm broke.
  • I can't.
  • I should.
  • Yeah, but.
  • I'm late.

Those are a few examples of words that can make small shifts turn into long-term positive effects.

On the flip side, we can START speaking life into ourselves too.

  • (Your Name) I love you.
  • (Your Name) I trust you.
  • (Your Name) I forgive you.
  • (Your Name) I accept you.
  • (Your Name) you're AMAZING!
  • (Your Name) Congratulations! You did it!
  • (Your Name) you are BRILLIANT!

I think you get the idea.

Start being kind to yourself and learn to love yourself. This is one of the biggest gifts to give to ourselves.

So from this day forward, we will let go of words that do not serve us and bring in words that allow us to create an extraordinary life!
