Energy. Energy. Energy.

It's shifting all around us and at the same time changing within us. Moment to moment. Energy is oscillating on a range.

This will always be true for each of us. But have you noticed the times the back and forth stay within a similar range point?

Meaning, if you're on HIGH, your energy most likely fluctuates between happy and hopeful. If you're on the low end of the scale, you can range from depressed to bored.

And then there are those occasions where we can go from sad crying to crying laughing. That range of emotions, "Energy in Motion," is a constantly moving target.

And that, my friend, is the beauty of being human.

We think if we are on the lower part of the energy scale, that that's "not good." But that belief is a faulty perspective to carry with us. And it actually ADDS weight to our already heavy feelings.

Instead, a healthier and more effective way to look at our energy is to simply ACKNOWLEDGE it WITHOUT judgment.

It's okay to not "feel it." It's okay to shut off. It's okay to rest, regroup, and recharge.

It doesn't mean life isn't working out. On the contrary, it means we're hyper vigilant of where we're at so we can honor our needs. And at the same time, we release the pressure to "making" things happen.

The truth is, Life is ALL WAYS working on our behalf no matter which end of the emotional/ energetic scale we're on.

So let's honor all versions of ourselves in every moment. There's no need to make it "worse" by telling ourselves we "should" be and feel different. It is what it IS.
