Choose a Life.

We need to find ways to bring FUN back into our lives! Everything out in the world is soooooooo serious.

Life is about creating whatever you CHOOSE. And I don't use the word "want" because it pushes our creation away from us just by the feeling of wanting. To add to that, wanting means we don't have it. So the very acknowledgment of not having it brings more of not having it into our experience.

It's like the chicken and the egg. Which one came first?

Creating the Life we CHOOSE doesn't technically matter if it was the chicken or the egg. What does matter is that we see the end result.

And not only do we see the result, we KNOW through a feeling of certainty that it IS DONE.

This is how we manifest anything and everything.

If we point our focus on something negative, well, you better believe you're going to receive more negative experiences in return.

Yet if we focus on the positive and feel AS IF the imagined outcome is All Ready DONE, we get to experience what we have deliberately put our attention on.

We have this incredible Super Power, and most of the time, we don't even realize it. We're too caught up in what everyone else is doing to focus on what WE'RE doing!

Not only are we fixated on other people's lives getting triggered and reacting negatively, but we're not making time and space to have fun with Life. Instead, we're all glued to our phones on social media, allowing our emotions to get tossed around post by post.

We need a drastic change-up.

And the best remedy is to rediscover how to live Life again—bringing in more fun, play, creativity, love, warmth, doing nothing, laughing more, giving more, sharing more.

Don't you think it is time to CHOOSE a life filled with all of the above?

I do.

And I'm pretty sure we'll get to live longer. lol
