Are you denying your Intuition?

INTUITION is such an interesting thing to have as a human.

Its definition is "the faculty of knowing or understanding something without reason or proof."

I just had a moment of "sensing" something without proof, and without physical confirmation is can make a person feel a bit crazy.

So what do you do with "hunches" and "feelings" when it comes to INTUITION?

Do you ignore them and sweep them under the rug, or do you believe yourself over lack of evidence?

The hardest part is when it has to do with another person, and they DENY your suspicions. And no matter what they say, you can't shake the sense that something isn't adding up.

We too often accept someone else's "truth" as our own, so we don't offend them. And we push our own sixth sense to the side because there's absolutely no proof.

But this is the point where knowing ourselves and trusting our Wisdom is of most importance.

In that sacred place, where INTUITION lives, calls us to spend time LISTENING.

Learning to listen to the whispers, hunches, feelings, and hints takes practice.

The best practice is on the mat when we go to meditate. Getting still and silent. Going within. And listen. Our Wisdom is right there in the silence.

Our Truth and Wisdom are at our beck and call, but only if we allow it, receive it, and trust it.

So how much do you trust your INTUITION?

I would say listening to our INTUITION is paramount and worth the practice.

With lots of LOVE.
