Sometimes I show up to write to you, and I wish I had some profound message to share. Yet today, the feeling is an energetic exchange through words.

I am happy.

I am loved.

I am safe.

I am pleased.

I am grateful.

I am feeling really good.

And as you read these simple sentences, I am infusing the power of their intentions into your spirit. We are connected as One.

She has worked with THE top artists of our times, such as Janet Jackson, Britney Spears, Prince, Usher, Justin Beiber, P!nk, Miley Cyrus, and more. Teresa is an Emmy nominee for her choreographic contributions to Janet Jackson's HBO Special: The Velvet Rope in Madison Square Garden. In addition, she has appeared in numerous tv shows, music videos, and films and is an Associate Director/ Choreographer of Magic Mike Las Vegas, London, and US Tour. She is also a Certified High Performance Coach trained by the High Performance Institute and is a writer for her daily blog entitled #plantingseeds.
